Objectives:

1. Retain legal counsel with expertise in securities and corporate law, to sue Michael P. Goldowsky for Corporate malfeasance.
   
2. Remove Michael P. Goldowsky as CEO on the basis of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, securities misconduct, business incompetence, corporate malfeasance, and other violations that I am sure an attorney could easily add to this list.
3. Replace Goldowsky with a management team comprised of an honest and competent CEO with business acumen and integrity, and a board of directors to provide oversight and protect the shareholders’ investment
   
   1. The board of directors should have shareholders on it, and I know that there are several investors among you with business, legal and accounting backgrounds, that would qualify for the job.
4. Retain a business attorney and accountant to clean up the corporate cesspool that Goldowsky has created, and setup the company so that it is in compliance with proper corporate governance standards.
5. Reassemble the team that was already in place, and on their way to pursuing validation of the Magnevad in human subjects, until Goldowsky blew it up.
6. Raise $550,000 to manufacture 4 human version pumps
   1. This should be relatively easy to do, since we were already on our way to raising this capital but because of Goldowsky we stopped.
   2. Once the company is properly setup, and we do not have to worry about Goldowsky undermining our efforts, it should not be a problem raising such a small capital that can give the investor a ROI within 12 to 18 months.
   3. We already have a competent team in place, where each member has an average of 10 years experience with the Magnevad project, and can hit the ground running.
   4. We have a surgeon willing and ready to do the actual implantations, and has already setup the infrastructure for the pre and post-op care of three patients over the course of one year.
   5. Hire consultants to assist the Magnevad team to validate the technical merits of the Magnevad, and oversee the manufacturing and testing of the 4 proposed pumps.
7. Validate the Magnevad and collect human data
8. Present human data to medical device companies, and start negotiations
   1. Once we collect human data, we are in a very strong position to negotiate a very significant acquisition price from large medical device partners
   2. We already have very important brokers with unique access to high-level management, (up to the CEO level), in market leading medical device companies. Once the company has a professional management team in place, and the corporation is on the up and up, presenting and selling the human data that validates the Magnevad will be the easy part.
9. Sell the Magnevad to a medical device company and cash out on our investment.

10. Bring the Magnevad to market through a medical device partner, and save thousands of lives across the world.

How You Can Help!

1. I have spent a lot of time and money to research and collect data that will serve to make a strong case against Goldowsky. I have also put a lot of effort into the design and support of this website at my personal expense, all in the interest of helping all of us who have been affected by this SCAM.
2. Since I cannot afford the legal fees to pursue a legal battle on my own, and fight on behalf of all of us, here is what I propose:
   1. If any of the lawyers in this family of investors, (and I know there are some in there), would like to help out by taking on this case, I would love to talk with you and discuss how we could move forward. After all, I am also doing this for you. Perhaps we could all chip in and share the legal expenses, where it would not be cost prohibitive for anyone of us.
   2. Alternatively, I would be open to anyone recommending a good law firm that they trust, or I could contact one myself, and we would all share the legal costs. If we could get all the shareholders to agree, it would probably cost each of us only a few hundred dollars, which is more than reasonable for what is at stake here
3. Please indicate your willingness to participate by leaving a short post on this page just by saying Count me in.
   1. Once we know how many people are willing to help, and we know the legal fees, then we will also know how much it will cost each of us. At that point anyone can decide to stay in or out.

If we act now, we may still have the chance to Save the project, help mankind and get a Return On Investment by keeping the project viable and make it desirable for acquisition to a medical device company.

Remember that Goldowsky is counting on all of us to not pursue this, and he is counting on getting away with it, as he has done so many times before.

After all he has done to all of us, I hope that we can all prove him wrong.
