The objective is to save the project, not to get revenge!
If the MAGNEVAD truly works as advertised by Goldowsky, then it could indeed save thousands of lives, and therefore we have a moral obligation to validate it in humans, so that we answer that question once and for all.
In March 2017, I offered the first and most likely the only pathway to human implants that could be done by the end of 2018, and it would only require approximately $500K. The plan was reviewed and approved by three renowned heart surgeons, and it was even accepted by Goldowsky. But unfortunately, as we got closer to executing it and the entire team was ready to start work, Goldowsky managed to once again screw it up. Because of his behavior, we have now lost 4 months that could have been used to raise the capital we needed, and we could have started the process of building the human version pumps. Since this is the best and probably the last chance the Magnevad will ever have to get implanted in humans without the long term animal trials, or the required $40M that cannot ever be raised, it is the reason I decided that enough was enough, and that I was not willing to sit by and watch Goldowsky continue to destroy every opportunity this project has ever had to succeed.
Goldowsky has proven to be unworthy of our trust, incapable of leading the project, incompetent in managing our investment and the company, and most of all he has proven to be immoral and self-serving. These are all character flaws that impede the progress of any project, and will ultimately deliver a fatal blow to any chance of success. In addition, I have worked with Goldowsky every day since December 2016, and I have noticed a significant decay in his mental faculties. Of course I am not offering a diagnosis, since I am not a doctor, but I can easily compare his current abilities to those I have known him to posses in the 33 years that I have known him. This objective observation gives me zero confidence in his ability to bring the Magnevad to a successful conclusion, and therefore his ability to deliver on his promises to all the shareholders that trusted him to do that.
To those who have collectively invested more than $1.4M in this project, I ask you to please get in touch with me, because the fight is not yet over, in fact it has just begun. As you can see I have already uncovered a tremendous amount of information that can help us recover what Goldowsky has stolen from us. I have already contacted several government agencies, including the Attorney General's office, and asked them to launch investigations on all the questionable things Goldowsky has done since he started taking money from investors to advance the Magnevad project.
I have also contacted a private law firm that specializes in business and securities law, and they have told me that there are several options that can be pursued on several issues. If there are any attorneys or accountants among you that have invested and have been scammed by Goldowsky, I especially want to hear from you.
