Goldowsky kills the best opportunity to implant Magnevad in humans by 2018

Dr. Vahe Gasparyan, M.D. – Surgeon Selected to implant the Magnevad into 3 human subjects

Dr. Vahe Gasparyan MD
Dr. Vahe Gasparyan, M.D.

Dr. Gasparyan is the Chief of Adult Cardiac Surgery at Erebouni Medical Center, which is the largest hospital in Yerevan, Armenia. Dr. Gasparyan is a long time friend of Mr. Aldo Gareri, who introduced the Magnevad project to him back in 2007. Over the last 10 years, Dr. Gasparyan has spent countless hours learning about the technical characteristics of the Magnevad pump exclusively from Aldo. He has familiarized himself with the business plan, the acute animal data results published therein, and many other presentations Aldo has sent to him over the years. He and Aldo have discussed and explored the clinical benefits of the Magnevad and evaluated its merits against the competition. In fact it was Dr. Gasparyan who in 2008, originally proposed to Aldo implanting the Magnevad in humans, and offered to perform the implantations in his hospital in Armenia.

Dr. Gasparyan has never met Michael Goldowsky, as a matter of fact, he has never had any direct communication or interaction of any kind with him. His enthusiasm and passion to see the Magnevad succeed, stem exclusively from the many discussions he has had with Aldo, and by his own desire as a physician to save lives.

To that end, Dr. Gasparyan has a more pertinent perspective than perhaps any doctor in the USA, simply because he routinely sees end-stage heart failure patients who do not have any options for survival. Armenia is a developing country, and like most developing countries, heart transplantations or LVADs are not even an option. As a heart surgeon, Dr. Gasparyan understands all too well that if the Magnevad could perform as advertised, he could offer many of his patients a second chance at life. Hence the reason why he has been so committed, and has generously donated literally many thousands of dollars worth of his time, without ever receiving any compensation for it.

Dr. Gasparyan offers and end-stage patient a second chance at life – then Goldowsky forces him to take it back.

Dr. Gasparyan had already found the first candidate for the Magnevad implant. He had explained to the 54 year old patient and to his family, that by the end of next year, there was an opportunity for Dr. Gasparyan to offer this dying patient, a second chance at life. One can only imagine what news like this means to someone who has zero options.

Now because of Goldowsky’s dishonesty, greed and self-interest, Dr. Gasparyan has the impossible task of having to take back the single string of hope he had just given that dying patient and his family.

Poor management decisions such as these consistently made by Goldowsky, are not in the best interest of the shareholders who invested more than $1.4M in the project, or the potential end-stage patients who could benefit from the Magnevad.
