Misleading the shareholders:

Goldowsky has been misleading the shareholders from the very beginning, by not disclosing all the adverse effects his unethical conduct has had on the company(s) we all invested in.

He has been completely derelict in his duty as a CEO and trustee of more than $1.4M of investor’s money. He has breached his fiduciary duty, and squandered countless opportunities for the Magnevad to succeed.

He has systematically and consistently placed his own self interest above the interest of the company, the project and the shareholders.

He has carefully planned and executed multiple fraudulent acts against unsuspecting consultants, for the exclusive purpose of obtaining FREE services at their expense, and with the premeditated full intent to defraud them.

His immoral conduct has landed the company in court on several occasions, and has cost Gold Medical Technologies tens of thousands of dollars in judgments. Then, to avoid paying the judgments, Goldowsky deliberately bankrupted the company and started a new one. This is not helpful when seeking venture capital.

Goldowsky has touted his patents, (which he acquired and paid for with the investors funds, I assume), as being the total company’s assets, in which we all invested, but he never told the shareholders that he failed to pay the maintenance fees on both patents and so one expired in 2008 and the other in 20011. This is critical information, since he is still soliciting investors to raise additional capital on the false premise based on the value of his non-existing patents.

The latest and most serious incident is that of Goldowsky dealing a fatal blow to the Magnevad, by singlehandedly killing the best and only opportunity to get human data at a minimum of 5 years ahead of schedule, and at only 1.2% of the original capital needed. Not only was this incredibly stupid and immoral, it was criminal in the sense that we had already told a terminal patient that he would be the first human subject to get implanted with the Magnevad, and thus gave him a string of hope at a second chance at life, and Goldowsky took it away just a few days later. Hence my motivation for building this website and asking investors to join me and others to help save the Magnevad from Goldowsky, so that we can give end-stage patients, particularly in developing countries, a second chance at life.
